[IUG] Custom Hold Slips

Good morning:

If you are printing customs slips, would you mind sharing the make/model of the printer(s) you are using?

Has anyone enabled custom hold slips (see #4 from the manual, below) using thermal receipt printers?
We are using Star TSP743IIU printers, which we believe support graphical printing, but I am not sure if such slips will work with a receipt printer.

Is this a slam-dunk process, i.e., Innovative turns it on and it works (with known printers) or is there some customization required?
