Although we did not choose Serials Solutions or III, for us it came down
to several issues:
Cost -- We could not afford either product
Local control -- III came out much better for this, but lost us on cost.
Perceived ease of use -- Our testers agreed that neither product
provided an interface, in particular public, that matched the skill set
of our current and near-term users.
