[IUG] Strange message...

Hello all, 

We had a strange glitch happen last night in which about a dozen or so
people with holds were sent "hold missing" notices via e-mail, but
here's the thing... (or two)

1. The items were checked out to someone else (some a week or more), so
the hold shouldn't have been triggered at all
2. The missing items weren't missing but checked out- their records have
them listed as checked out, nothing else indicates missing

We've been getting a lot of confused people on the phone and our
Director received one as well!

Has this happened to anyone else? What's the culprit? (I wonder if it
was something someone here did?)
