We are not a Banner campus. But I have a suggestion after looking at a 
marc record for a netlibrary book on your site.

Have you tried adding your proxy string to the url in the marc 856 
field?  This is what we had to do.  However, we use an external proxy 
server.  This may not work if you use WAM.
