Is it possible that you have multiple copies on one or more of your items? If this is the case, your order record will show one eprice, but your encumbrance report will show that amount times the number of copies. If this is the case, you would need to take that information into account when totaling your list.

Subject: [IUG] encumbrances vs. open orders

I was trying to make a list of all open orders on a particular

fund. I created a list using the fund code and the order status of

"o" to see all open orders. I got 3 hits that total eprices of

$491.45. When I look at the fund code record it says there is

$1090.84 in encumbrances. I also tried doing a list using status "q"

and "c" to no avail. Anyone have any idea why the encumbrances don't

match the open orders? Thanks, Carole
