Assuming from your post that you don't wish to put up a web server, I should think purchasing disk space on a commercial host service would be relatively inexpensive.

Subject: [IUG] MP3 files question
What are other turnkey sites doing with MP3 files that can be accessed
by their patrons?
We don't have access to any server other than the Innovative one and we
can't write files to it because we are a turnkey site. Anyone out there
that has come up with a creative solution for this?
thanks,
Barb
