We are trying to setup the SSLPROXYPORT option on our webpac, and are
running into an unusual error.
When we try to restart the staging server after enabling the
SSLPROXYPORT option, the error we get is: "Could not restart 444, SSL
context was unavailable." We have no idea what this means, and
CSDirect and the Help Desk have not turned up anything for us.
Our settings for the option are as follows:
2082:444
Pretty simple. We've also set it up with the URLs following the
"2082:444", such as:
2082:444:lib.simmons.edu:library.simmons.edu
But that didn't work either.
Has anyone experienced this error before? Is this a simple trip-up
that we're experiencing?
