[IUG] Inserting text using Global Update & regular expressions?

Hi all,

I'm hoping to use Global Update to insert a "subfield h" (i.e. |h) after the
first three characters of the 041 field in a review file of bibs. I think
there's a way to do this using Regular Expressions, but I've only used them
to search in Create Lists, not in this kind of command line.  Any ideas out
there?
