[IUG] Excel list into Millennium

Dear IUGers,

I've looked around the Clearinghouse and the NOBLE swapshop, 
wondering if it's possible to import a list of bib numbers from an 
Excel spreadsheet into a list, for the purposes of changing a 
code.  Have I missed something?  One can do this in OCLC.
