Try removing the atz, but keep your modpinfo.html page set to display that information. That should work, but I haven't tested it to be sure.

That's where I'm stuck. If I set MODIFY_PFLDS = atz, the fields show and are
editable by the patron. I want them to show, so the patron can verify the
info, but not be patron editable online. We want the info only to be changed
by staff.
