Millennium client access is available to all staff from off campus.
Character-based via SSH is available on a case-by-case basis.
Character-based via telnet is unavailable from off-campus.
Millennium logins only work with Millennium clients, so I'm not all that
worried about potential abuse. We do monitor, though.
