We just bought a new batch of TSP700s (now TSP700II), and they seem to configure differently from our first batch, purchased over a year ago.
Regarding the exchange, below, when we switch to graphics, we do get our logo at the top, but the text does not print correctly on the receipt (all is well in Windows). It will autocut...after about three feet of paper has fed! Another other ideas?
Thanks,

Well that's different then!
Where your Millennium client is configured to print receipts, is it set
for "graphics" or "text"? If text, try switching it to graphics.
