Re: [IUG] WebPAC PRO notes display- addendum

Adding the line b|n||&|||b| to the end of the "n" section *of the
webpub.def* solved that problem for us. I went through and added this
catch-all for all of the different field codes. It's hinted at in the
manual but not clear that it is needed.
