We have been successfully exporting catalog records from OCLC Connexion
(client) to Millennium (2006 LE) for as long as we have been on
Millennium. However, we are unable to do so from a new branch that our
technical services staff moved into yesterday. When trying to export,
the OCLC Gateway Export status box opens, but then nothing else happens.
I've been all over the IUG archives and CSDirect looking for a clue to
what might be going on, with no luck.
The new building has a different internal IP scheme from the current
building (where exporting works successfully), but Limit Network Access
has BOTH schemes listed throughout (note: we had not previously had an
entry in OCLCNET, but I put one in there just to be safe - didn't help).
Staff IS able to successfully connect to the Millennium client. Our IT
department assures us that port 5500 is open.
Any clue to what I might be missing?
Thanks.
