[IUG] Overdue notices and bills

Hi 
We have been happily running overdue notices and bills for all locations 
manually on a Wednesday every week for over 9 months. However last week we 
added in a job to test run email overdues for one location. I ran this and 
then I ran the normal overdue job which was fine, but could not get the 
bills to run. It only produced bills for 3 patrons who should not have had 
bills and had no obvious connection!!
Any suggestions for what might have gone wrong would be welcome!
