The Millennium client is launched by iiirunner.exe so I think if you
maximize in the way you suggest you only maximize that window rather
than the client which is invoked by iiirunner.exe.

Sheryl,
Assuming you are starting Millennium from a desktop icon ...
1) right click on the icon and select "properties"
2) on the subsequent screen you should see boxes for "start in",
"shortcut key", "run", and "comment"
3) change the "run" option to Maximized
4) click on the "apply" button at the bottom of the screen
5) click "ok"
You can do the same thing if you are starting Millennium from the
"start" menu...
1) left click on start
2) scroll to "programs"
3) navigate to your Millennium client program
4) right click on the name of the program and select "properties"
5) follow the rest of the steps above

Is there a way to get the Millennium client to always open in a
maximized window?
Thanks
