Just to emphasize what someone else said - you need to set it up so that
auto-notices are sent every day, even if the library is closed!
When we sent ours up, we did not have them sent on Sunday (we're closed
on Sundays, so the circ staff had never run overdues on Sunday - but we
forgot the "auto" part), which meant that until we figured this out,
courtesy notices for items due on Tuesday weren't being sent!
