We send Courtesy Notices automatically and a few others in specific
departments.
Auto notices must go by email (phone?).
The set up process requires an email address as a printer. It will not
accept a print station.(We wish it did.)
If a patron does not have an email address the notice is sent to the
email address specified. It will not go to a printer (because you are
not allowed to specify a printer). [Yes, I am upset about that. III Help
desk says to ask for an enhancement. I have, but it hasn't made the cut
yet.]
You will need to have at least one staff person setup as a "notices
administrator" to control the auto notices.

We have not used Auto Notices and would like to know if anyone who is
using Auto Notices has experienced any issues relating to its use. Any
advice would be helpful.
Thank you.
