I had to contact Innovative to get ours working. What finally worked was
changing my browse_t from BROWSE_t=245/abhn/|240/a/0|970/t/0|/abpnh/  to
BROWSE_t=245/abhn/|240/a/0|970/t/0|/abpn/h0  

Essentially the person moved that last h to the regular subfields
position. She couldn't really explain to me (at least to my
satisfaction) why that affected the display of the 245 |n but it did
work after that so I gave it up as one of those mysterious Innovative
things. She said the last element controls index browsing while the ones
before control record browsing, which is not what the manual says at
all, at least the way I read it.
