[IUG] date due slips

Can anyone tell me where we can change what prints out on the heading on
date due slips. We have found where we can add a message to the bottom
of the slip, but we would like to know if we can change what prints out
at the top. Currently our statistical location prints out and of course
that means nothing to the patron. Can we configure to have the name of
the  library print out on the top of the slip and if so, where do we go
to make that change.
