[IUG] Outputting MARC records for a separate collection

I've run into a strange situation, and I hope that someone can help.
For many years, a local college has included a large portion of their
holdings in our catalog.  They are moving and becoming part of another
organization that will be able to host their records.  However, I need
to provide them with a file their records (approx. 9,000 bibliographic
records and 10,000 items).

That part is no problem.  However, some titles are owned by both my
library and the college, so we both have items attached to some of the
same bib records (about 10% of the total).  Does anyone know of a good
way to output only the college's items, or to copy the bibs and separate
the items?  If it were just a few records, I wouldn't mind doing it by
hand, but almost 900 would get old pretty quickly.
