At Salem State, we catalog all videos under the LC system and use one scat
no. for all (in our case, 209) for all videotapes. To gather all videos in
one report, use prompt "call number preceded by Video" or some such note.

Subject: [IUG] SCAT table: 099 call numbers
Hi - We have only one SCAT table, which I have been modifying to better
suit our needs. It is doing great with our normal LC call numbers and
with some items which have only free text alpha 099s, such as INTERNET.
But I have having trouble sorting out a couple of groups of titles with
have 099 call numbers, indexed as c, such as this:
VIDEO|aKF|a9646|a.E82|a2004
I would like to sort these all out so that all VIDEO would fall under a
single entry in statistical reports by call number. Any suggestions as
to how to do this?
Thanks, Gwen
