Has anyone else run into trouble with their receipt printer not printing
the logo at the top of a receipt? We have three circulation desk check
out terminals, two of which have printers (Star TSP 700) that work fine.
Our third has a Star TSP 700II and that one will not print the Library
information / logo at the top. We've checked settings in Millenium and
all seems to be configured correctly, but I'm certain I'm missing
something... Any thoughts?
