Hi Lee,

Over the years, Innovative has been very accommodating in regard to time differences. Whenever possible, they load software or make changes to tables after we close at 9pm est and it is greatly appreciated. On rare occassions (depending upon the work being done) we have had to abide by their schedule of 9am to 5pm pst--but those instances were very few. Innovative makes every effort to accommodate our needs--especially since we do not close for extended times (like most public libraries), usually just the specific holiday, then we are back opened for business the day after the holiday.
