Hi James,
I am using this printer just for printing checkin labels for our periodicals. I just finished setting it up and although it was a struggle it is now working. I have this hooked up locally using a parallel cable. I tried using a usb cable but that did not seem to work for me. I was hoping to gain some control over the text such as bolding but have not been able to do that at this time. The labels print fast. Our student who does the checkin seems to like the new label printer. Let me know if you have any specific questions. I also saw on the list serv that someone was using this printer with a Compu type interface but don't know any details. Thanks

We are interested in exploring the use of the Zebra TLP-2844 label printer with our Millennium system, and would like to hear from anyone who is currently using it.
Does this printer integrate well with the Innovative system? Are you satisfied with the labels? Are there any drawbacks that you see with it?
Thank you to all who respond>
