Something you could try is one of the free alternative unicode fonts
that aren't subject to the same licensing restrictions as Arial Unicode
MS font. I'm not aware of any font that has the same depth of
characters as the Arial Unicode MS font, but these below generally
define all the characters that most would need. Options that you have
would be:

* BitStream Cyberbit
(ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/extras/fonts/windows/Cyberbit.Z
IP)
* Titus Cyberbit
(http://titus.fkidg1.uni-frankfurt.de/unicode/tituut.asp)
[Non-commercial use only]
* Code2000 font (http://www.code2000.net/code2000_page.htm)
[Shareware -- $5 onetime registration fee]
