We recently noticed that the links in our catalog that went through WAM
to JSTOR were returning a Bad Gateway error. On-campus, if we went to
JSTOR directly there wasn't a problem. We talked to the people at JSTOR
and they told us they had updated their IPs. Not knowing where to go, we
contacted our IT people on campus who couldn't find a problem. I
contacted the III help desk and they told me all they had to do was
clear a cache file on the server. I just want to let everyone know this
in case it happens to you because we didn't have access for weeks and it
was actually very easy to solve if you know who to talk to first.
