While the discussion so far has focused on the interesting areas of cataloging and authority control, I am more interested in the 'who gets to tag' issue. If it is only library staff, I doubt there will end up being uch beyond LCSH at most libraries - everyone has loads of work to do already. Has there been clarification of whether users get to add tags?
