Yes to both. One of the libraries in the HELIN Consortium, Bryant
University,
is doing this. To see it click on:
http://library.uri.edu and do a
title
search
for: consultants news
You will see that the location is clickable and it takes you to a
location map.
The map lives on the institution's server.
