That model is an autocutter if I am not mistaken. Autocutters tend to
have some problems with Millennium out of the box and it might require
Innovative to make some adjustments to your system to be able to get it
to work. I know from this list that they have done this in the past for
people with Epson printers.





The Star Micronics 643 series of Autocutters is a good line. They can
be setup without calling Innovative. You can grab instructions on the
IUG Clearinghouse along with a link to download the utility to set it
up if you decide to go that route.
