- Subject: [IUG] Infotrac databases and WAM
We are having trouble accesses all our Infotrac databases. We first noticed it yesterday. We use WAM for authentication. Is anyone else having problems accessing these databases? For example, Contemporary Authors, Contemporary Literary Criticism, etc.
The error message I get on the screen is "The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the site administrator of the referring page."
I'll also open a call with III.
