First guess would suggest staff are not signing off when being relieved and the relief staff not signing on. Ergo, my actions (and errors) would be recorded against the staff I relieved. Further, the staff who relieves me would also be racking up actions (errors) against the person I relieved.

Has any library circulation staff noticed this behavior as we did: When examine the Fine Paid file, we found many fines collected by initials of staff who did not collect or waive any fines!
We setup our Circulation stations logins as to be associated with circ initial and give that initial collect fines function 95. For some strange reason, other initials appear on the fine paid file as the one who collected the fine!

Thanks for any explaination.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS
