[IUG] WAM Error

Hello, 

I am at the end of my reason with this problem, and I wonder if anyone could
provide me with some information please. 

When the students click on the WAM link for two of our databases, eight
times out of ten they get the following error:

This has been going on for some time, and HP (who host our server) local IT,
and III are all in disagreement as to what is causing the error. 

It would appear to HP to be a local issue, but our IT staff says that they
don?t cache, and they deleted the cache just in case, and it didn?t help.

If you get the error, and then delete your cookies, the link then brings you
into the database. This would lead me to believe that a bad link is being
stored somewhere. HP also deleted the cache, and I have restarted all www
and proxy processes. 

Can anyone shed some light on this please?
