[IUG] Public display

I have looked in the manual and don't see what I want to see.

 

In the text mode, once you call up a record, you can hit control-Y and get a
public or fuller display, including the bib record and the list of items
(vols. And copies associated with it)  I cannot seem to duplicate that using
Millennium.  It would be nice to have.
