Subject: [IUG] Printing Renewals

Hey All!

I hope you can help me. I'm sure it's an easy fix but I've checked the manual. I've checked the FAQ's, and I have checked the archives all to no avail!

So here's my question- we have upgraded to 2006 and now every time staff renews books for patrons it prints a receipt which is fine if the patron is present but often we have patrons just call and renew. Where can I modify this option?
