Thanks! I thought I had gone crazy. I know it was there a few weeks ago.

We just went through that. You need to have Innovative turn on some
settings in your machine.

We've been using offline circulation, and now that we're back online,
we'd
like to load our patron and circ data. According to the iii manuall, in
the
character based system, I should be able to go to Additional Circualtion
Functions - Process PC transactions - Get patron registration data from
PC.
The problem is: I don't have the Get patron registration data from PC
option. Here's the Process PC transaction Menu:
F > FTS Transfer of B321 or PC-CIRC transactions from
PC
P > PROCESS transferred CIRC transactions
V > VIEW messages from processed CIRC transactions
U > Process transferred USAGE counts
Q > QUIT
What happened to Get patron registration data from PC? How do I process
my
patron registrations?
Thanks!
Stephanie
