Hello from sunny (hope I don't jinx our weekend weather) SF Bay, but thank
our lucky stars we have no fires here,

Please contact me separately as this is not an Innovative SW question, but
I LOVE this pool of experts.
This is not a new issue for us, but we have hit a wall with a couple new
contracts for remote site dbs.
A db vendor contract requires that we supply static IPs for our public
computers located IN our libraries for use of their products.
Our county IT will only give us the IP "range" that includes most of the
computers in the county.
If anyone has wrestled with this issue and come up with a working solution,
I would be happy for any suggestions you may have.

Thanks in advance,

cheryl
