Greetings all --
We have a branch which reports sending out fine notices, and subsequently
finding that the fine has been cleared. It could well be staff error, but I
thought I might have remembered a thread about this in the last six months
or so. Couldn't find it in the archives, though - anyone remember this, or
experience this phenomenon?
