[IUG] Routing list

We do not use the routing list function, but our system (in M-I-F-A,
character-based) shows 180 people as routees (though 0 routings).  Some
of the 180 patrons were added as recently as this past August, others go
back to 2001 when we migrated to Innovative.  So obviously the system is
not adding every patron rec to the routing list.  I can't seem to figure
out how the system is adding someone as a routee.  Is it possible to
clear the list of routees, since we don't use this function?  Or should
I just say "oh well, no big deal, so what if they show up as routees?"
I've checked the manual, as well as system settings.  And no one on
staff is adding routees.  I'm stumped.
