Hi Joan,
         If I'm understanding the question correctly, you need to use
Innopac / character-based system - Do A - A - S - F. Choose Option 8 for
Status, then Option 2 for Valid Codes. You can then change the meaning
of an existing code.

When an item is added to our catalogue, the webpac shows "Recently
Catalogued" in the item STATUS box. We would like to amend this wording
but cannot find where or how. If anyone knows, please advise.
