What we want to make briefcit do is insert a link to the full bib
display if there is at least one 856 in the record.  I don't see
anything in the manual, csdirect, the list archives or the clearinghouse
that's helping.

The reference librarians are not liking the two-tiered display of links
that is the default, with the off-site link for the first (or only) 856
and the "More" link to the bib record in the case of two or more 856s.

What I want is <!--{if856}-->.  Since that seems to exist only in my
imagination, anybody know a non-imaginary way to get the same effect?
