It's very easy to configure, and yes you can change the wording.  If you take a look at the "Find Similar Items" tab on this page -> http://catalog.dpls.lib.or.us/record=b1023077, you can see how we've implemented it.

You basically add a script and a few div's to the page(s) where you'd like to see the LibraryThing for Libraries data.  You can choose which of the components you display, and you can control their display by editing a bit of HTML and CSS.

Is there any way to change the words "cloud tags" to something else? Or it has been setup this way by the provider? 

Also, related to the design, did you need any addtional work on the Web OPAC design to implement it?

We're a public library and also just incorporated LibraryThing For Libraries in our catalog.
