[IUG] Bursar Out or Web Services Fines Payment API with Datatel Colleague

The first time I sent this to the list I didn't get a single response.
Maybe it was just bad timing to send it during the summer or maybe no one
has done this.  I thought I'd send it out again to see if I can get any
responses. 

Is anyone using the Bursar Out module and/or Web Services Fines Payment API
with Datatel's Colleague?  We are considering both modules to automate fine
collection reporting and registration blocks and my IT department would like
to discuss details with others who have successfully implemented this
integration.  

Please let me know if you have implemented either of these modules, or if
you considered them and chose not to use them and figured out some other way
to report fines and payments between Millennium and Colleague.
