Hi Ginny
It depends. I don't know exactly how many characters display, but I probably
wouldn't use more than 30 - 50 characters per label. We display four fields in
WebOPAC (location, shelf#, status and opacmessage). When users minimize
Millennium screens or browser screens location code labels (max 35
characters)still display nicely and there is no need for scrolling. We haven't
tried very long labels though.
