- Subject: [IUG] Opening item record pops up location list
Hello all --
In working on an AutoIt script, I've been confronted by an apparent quirk in
Millennium. When my script enters a barcode to open a record from the
Catalog function of the Cataloging Module (2006 v1.1 Millennium v3), it
should pop up the normal item record display. The script then sends three
Tab keystrokes and presses Ctrl-E to edit ICODE1. Occasionally, however,
I've found that Millennium somehow opens up the location editing box (which
would be one or two Tab strokes plus Ctrl-E), and the item record display
switches to one of the holds tabs. I tried using keystrokes to duplicate
moving between tabs of the dialog box, but I didn't find any keystrokes that
did that, at least not with the Tab key.
The problem seems worse when my usual open programs are running, but on the
last run of the script it happened for the first time with all other
programs closed. I even have sleep time between the Tab strokes, and can
see the cursor popping from one field to the next. Anyone have any
insights?
Many thanks,
