[IUG] Patron record feeds invalid

Hallo Bill
I now got my record feeds going.  The wwwoption should be adjusted as
follows:
 
PATFEED_IMAGE=|/screens/rss.gif|Subscribe to a feed of your library
record.|88|31
 
And important it only works with IE7 and Firefox 2

I can't see any other post on the list about this issue, so wonder if
it
is just a Leeds local config problem. Does anybody else have the same
problem, or better still, a fix?

The problem is that the date format doesn't meet RFC822 spec, eg
<lastBuildDate>Mon, Jul 23 13:05:30 2007 GMT</lastBuildDate>

The feed works fine in:
Firefox 2
IE 7
Opera 8 & 9
RssReader 1.0.88.0

The feed breaks in:
Firefox 1.5
IE 6.0
SharpReader 0.9.7

Here's an example feed:
