Using Release 2006 v. 1.2

I have a "Unique" situation here that I am trying to resolve, but not
sure that it is possible. We use the Millennium Collection Agency
module to send users to Unique after a patron has been billed for 45
days. Last week, however, we had a patron who has a billed item on her
account, but because it was still less than the minimum amount ($20),
she was not sent to the Collection Agency (and in fact, she's been
paying on it a little at a time). But she got another item that got
billed to her that increased her fine amount to $96 - and two days later
when our Collection Agency report ran, it added her to the report.

What we were wondering is this: Can the system record the date when the
fine occurred that placed it over the $20 maximum and then 45 days after
that, be sent to the Collection Agency? I'm not seeing anything in the
documentation about it - and in fact, what I am reading tells me no
unless we use the FINES ONLY configuration. But I don't think that
would help with this particular patron's situation since it does
involved overdue items.

Any help in figuring out this puzzle will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
