[IUG] Amazon Images

For what use was your request? To use the book jacket images within the
WebPAC or on other web sites?.

I can understand why they may have denied the latter.

But if they denied all use, I'm confused as to why
were we given default links into Amazon images with
our WebPAC wwwoptions (as far back as Millennium Silver).
