[IUG] record browse display for Featured Lists

UM page #102158 on Featured Lists states, "When a user selects a title,
it displays in normal Web OPAC browse format."

Does that mean that the display will reflect the default settings in
the BROWSE option?  Is there a way to define a separate browse display
for Featured Lists as you can with the results of index searches?
