Thanks to everyone who responded to my question. I did want to follow up 
in case anyone else is interested in removing the name prompt from their 
pverify page. This is something that Innovative controls. They turned it 
off for us, it was simple and quick and we had no problems logging in 
once it was turned off.

Hello -

Has anyone had any success removing the patron name prompt from the 
pverify page?  We have the <!--{patform}--> token and have PINs turned 
on so patrons have to put in their name, bar code and PIN.  Because this 
is a token, I am having a hard time making this work.  We want patrons 
to only have to put in their bar code and PIN to log into their 
account.  We just went live so we are on release 2006.  Any help would 
be greatly appreciated!!
